Aisha Buhari, the wife of the president of Nigeria, hosted the end of the year gathering for Social Media Change Agents on Tuesday, December 22.Top social media personalities graced the lavish event that was held at the banquet hall ofthe presidential villa.
The event has triggered mixed reactions amongNigerians: while some people think it was a meaningless gathering, others believe that social media personalities truly deserve a reward.

What are theyafraid of?”Musicwriter wondered.“This was where they were warned never to mention #DasukiGate,”Elbinmanny alleged.The same day,Mrs Buhari visited people living with HIV/AIDSat the National Hospital in Abuja and donated food items to them.
Speaking with Jaf Momoh, the chief medical director of the hospital, she noted that there hasbeen a lot of success in curbing the spread of HIV/AIDS.
However, she added that there is stilla need to keep raising the awareness in the country.
