On the 5th of december 2014 in Manengola Nkogsamba area of cameroon,a 30yr old Mom cuts of her 3yr old son Njankep Alexandre's penis.He's now under the care of the intensive care unit of the protestant hospital in Ndoungue.
While his Mom awaits trial,her reasons are still not yet stated..what a world!!
